Irish Charity Lab is a not-for-profit social enterprise that is dedicated to building digital skills in Irish charities and non-profits. They provide free and affordable training to non-profit organisations, through online resources and workshops created and delivered by digital experts.  Founder Jean O’Brien explains: “Our mission is to help non-profits improve their online campaigning, awareness-raising and digital fundraising, so that they can better support and empower their service users.”

An inbound marketing plan

“I needed a fresh eye and some outside expertise to review our marketing activity. I contracted BusinessBrew in January 2016 to analyse our audience, build customer personas and develop a plan for inbound marketing,” Jean explains the scope of the project.
